Good news! Spoke to my Mum this morning and my Dad’s surgery went well with no complications and he is recoverying very well! Fantastic news and my thanks to all those who looked after and operated on him for doing such a good job.

But I’m very glad it’s worked out well with your dad. I remember the devestation my dad’s death left and your own mortality suddenly becomes very, very obvious, so for you to be able to have your dad safe and sound is a great, great thing indeed. Say Hi to him for me !!
